The Fitness Friend is all about working together to help you find your enjoyment of exercise while working on your short term and long term goals.

 

​Free Consultation

During your free consultation, we will discuss the reasons why you would like 1:1 training sessions, past experiences with exercise, your short term and long term goals.

 

First Session

During your first session, we will go through a thorough fitness assessment to determine your fitness ability and any injuries you may have that we need to work around or help with.  The Fitness assessment will include:

  • Body Analysis (Weight, Height etc)​

  • Movement assessment

  • Rockport test

  • Step Test
