MEET THE TRAINER
Fitness and Sport have been my passion since I was young and after a career in the events industry and having a family, I decided that it was time to do something that I was passionate about. With that in mind, I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2015.
After my first year of working as a Personal Trainer I soon realised my passion; I wanted to make exercise something that my clients grew to love, rather than a chore they need to tick off their to-do list. It gives me great satisfaction when I see a client go from doing no exercise to being frustrated because they've missed a session!
I have since added a number of other qualifications and I am now a Level 4 Personal Trainer in Lower Back Pain.
Where am I based?
The Gym, is based in Bovingdon in Hertfordshire. It is a small studio which is great for training 1-2-1's and 2-2-1's.
Client Base:
My clients range from 35 to 60 years which is no coincidence as I am in my 40's. I believe that because of this I have an understanding of how our bodies change over time and age, so my personal experiences can be helpful when training this age group.
